Breakfast not great.

It is in marvellous location to a way road, set a short walk to the hotel. It has a combination of a great service and a quiet ambience.

Nothing to complain about, I had a warm experience, appreciated it. Every detail of this great property was good. Favourable central location close enough to a big shopping mall, two malls, and nearby foodcourts and restaurants and the centre of the city.

The hotel staff was not so friendly.

Great and decent location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Pixie Entertainment. Local breakfast with a wide range of delicacies and courteous staff.

Clean accommodation, very kind and nice staff with excellent services. Location so close to shopping centres and Near to KSL Shopping mall and the city Center. Also, to get into Cafe.

Great city view, convenient location near Mount Austin and South Key. Old school hotel design, but still a top choice. Excellent breakfast spread with friendly staff. Spacious, clean rooms with good soundproofing. Awesome pool.

We stayed in a superior room which was bright. Got awesome and scrumptious breakfasts with Malaysian food, mix Malaysian favorites plus hot chocolate. Location: the hotel was next to local restaurants and shops. The check in was smooth and the atmosphere was quiet throughout the property.

The staff was nice & courteous. I ate at an amazing restaurant for breakfast. The services were great.

The location was awesome, feet from Ksl Water Park. The room was quiet, especially an excellent view from the window.

Marvellous and decent location near the city Center and easy access to a large shopping mall and a market. Extremely close to Mbo.

We recently stayed at this place and were extremely impressed by the quality of service and facilities. The rooftop infinity pool provided us with a stunning view of the city and was definitely a highlight of our stay. The staff were always warm and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our visit. The in-room amenities like the air conditioning and electric kettle ensured that we were comfortable and well-equipped during our stay. Additionally, the spa and wellness centre provided a perfect escape for some relaxation, with various facilities like the indoor swimming pool and sauna. we had an amazing experience.

Would definitely recommend this venue to friends looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location not far from a mall with TESCO supermarket, the F&B outlets at level 1, and the shopping mall and shop house, reasonably priced food. Extremely spacious room, fairly clean bathroom with a bidet. Courtesy from the whole staff.

The breakfast was savoury, plus the location was comfortable.

It's nestled in a new building with great and pleasant location near shopping centre.
